Woven is a collaborative partnership between the City of High Point and 725 Print Lab. While Woven 336 represents the spirit and identity of the city, all apparel production, fulfillment, customer service, and shipping operations are managed by 725 Print Lab.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to honor order cancellations once an order has been placed. Orders are processed quickly through our fulfillment system to ensure fast and accurate shipping. Once an order enters processing, it is automatically prepared for shipment and cannot be canceled.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

For security and fraud prevention purposes, Woven HP is unable to modify shipping addresses after an order has been confirmed. Please make sure all shipping information is entered correctly before completing your purchase.

Can I apply a discount code after placing my order?

Discount codes must be entered during checkout in the designated discount code section. Once an order has been completed, we are unable to retroactively apply discounts or promotional codes.

I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it?

Please refer to our Exchange Policy for additional details regarding eligible exchanges and returns.

How long does production and shipping take?

Please allow 2–5 business days for production and processing. Once your order is completed, it will ship through USPS, our local shipping carrier. Shipping typically takes an additional 3–5 business days depending on your location.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has been completed and prepared for shipment, you will receive tracking information via email.

Who handles production and fulfillment?

All product production, decoration, quality control, fulfillment, and shipping operations are managed by 725 Print Lab, a High Point-based apparel decoration and production company.

Are all sales final?

Due to the limited nature of many Woven 336 releases, some items may be considered final sale. Please review individual product descriptions and our return policy for more information.
